Hi everyone, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Naomi and I have lived in the Adelaide Plains for the past nine years. I am now launching my Speech Pathology Practice in the Adelaide Plains council area.

I am committed to providing services in this semi-rural area because I know that it is not easy to access Allied Health services, unless you travel to Gawler or Elizabeth. I can provide services to children and adults. My working career has been centred around health. I started as a dental assistant and then became a Registered Nurse. During my Nursing career, I have worked in hospitals and in the community with adults and children.

I enjoy working with people of all ages, and I am excited to launch my Speech Pathology practice. Providing Speech Pathology to people who are hard of hearing is one of my special interests.

So, what does a Speech Pathologist do?

Many people think that Speech Pathologists just help people with speech difficulties. It is easy to see why! The professional title does not explain all we do.
